By creating an account or using Wishcraft (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

Wishcraft allows users to create and manage personal wishlists. The Service is provided “as is” and may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to share your account or impersonate others.
• You may delete your account at any time.

User Content

• You retain ownership of the wishlist content you create.
• You grant Wishcraft a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service.
• You must not create illegal, abusive, or offensive content.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the Service’s security or functionality.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or use the Service without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your data may be deleted.

Limitation of Liability

Wishcraft is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will notify users by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
